Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.

Last updated October 4, 2026

This policy explains what information spade.music collects and how it's used. Short version: we collect only what you send us, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

  • Email sign-ups. When you join the Spade Club or an early-access list, we store your email address and which list you joined.
  • Contact messages. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email and whatever you write, so we can reply.
  • Basic server logs. Like most websites, our host records technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

To reply to you, to send the updates you asked for, and to keep the site working. We send email only when there's news, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to function. The interactive mixer remembers your color and tempo settings in your own browser's storage; that never leaves your device.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with services that help run the site (hosting and email delivery), and only as far as needed for that job, or when the law requires it.

Third-party links

Links to Spotify, Apple Music and other platforms take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, or ask us to delete your information by sending a request through the contact page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
